Vidmore.ai End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA outlines the terms and conditions for using Vidmore.ai software (the "Product"). By installing or using the Product, you agree to these terms.

Ownership and Use

Vidmore.ai owns all intellectual property rights to the Product and its content. You are granted a limited license to use the Product on a single computer for personal or business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Product without written permission from Vidmore.ai.

Trial Version

If you have a trial version of the Product, you may only use it for evaluation purposes during the trial period. Using the trial version for other purposes is strictly prohibited.

Installation

You can install the Product on one device only. You cannot install it on multiple devices without purchasing additional licenses.

Data Collection

Vidmore.ai may collect anonymous data about your use of the Product to improve its features and user experience. This data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You can opt out of data collection during installation.

Activation

The Product may require activation during installation. If activation fails, the Product may have limited functionality until successful activation.

License Transfer

You cannot rent, lease, lend, sell, or transfer the Product or your license to use it without Vidmore.ai's prior written consent.

Warranty

Vidmore.ai warrants that the Product will function as described in its documentation for 30 days from your acceptance of this Agreement. If the Product has a nonconformity during this period, Vidmore.ai will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price at its option.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. VIDMORE.AI DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT. VIDMORE.AI's TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

Export Control

You agree to comply with all export control laws and regulations applicable to the Product.

Termination

Vidmore.ai may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Product in your possession.

Miscellaneous

You may not use the Product for any illegal activity or to infringe on the rights of others. Vidmore.ai reserves the right to interpret this EULA at its discretion. For questions, contact support@vidmore.ai.
