Vidmore.ai appreciates every customer. We do our best to offer our customers the highest-quality products and services and pledge to always prioritize our customers' interests. All of our products have free trial versions, so you can test the software features before buying and determine if the product you want to purchase meets your requirements. We genuinely hope you'll be satisfied with our product. If not, please follow these guidelines to request a refund.
Part 1: Refund Will be Accepted in Following Circumstances
Vidmore.ai offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you miss this deadline, we cannot provide a refund for your purchase. This 30-day money-back guarantee is not a guaranteed refund under all circumstances. You can only get a refund for valid reasons, as explained below.
Purchasing Issues:
If you accidentally buy the wrong product and then immediately buy the correct one from us, we'll refund the incorrect purchase if you request it.
If you buy the same product twice at the same time and don't want to exchange it, we'll approve a refund for one of them.
Registration Information:
1. If you don't receive the registration code within 24 hours of purchase and don't get a timely response from our support team within 48 hours, Vidmore.ai will refund your order if you request it.
2. If you receive incorrect registration information that prevents you from performing the necessary and crucial conversion, and you no longer need this software, we'll provide a refund if you request it.
Product Problem:
If the purchased product has technical issues and we can't resolve them within 30 days, Vidmore.ai can refund your order if you don't want to wait for updates or other solutions.
Refund Note:
Since our product is virtual software, we can't retrieve it once we send the registration code and cannot determine whether the customer uses it. Therefore, if a customer insists on a refund, we'll deduct 20% of the purchase price as a fee. Thank you for your understanding.
Part 2: Refund Will Not be Accepted in Following Circumstances
Vidmore.ai has the right to refuse refund requests in the following situations:
Refund request due to purchasing issues:
1. Vidmore.ai cannot oversee payment authorization because a third-party payment platform handles the payment process. If you suspect credit card fraud or unauthorized payment, you should immediately contact your card issuer. Once the order is processed and completed, it cannot be canceled.
2. If you mistakenly buy the wrong product from us and then buy the correct one from another company, we won't refund you.
3. If you buy the wrong product because you don't understand the software features, we won't approve a refund. However, if you contact us within 48 hours of purchase, Vidmore.ai can exchange the product for the correct one if you pay the price difference. We guarantee the product price difference won't be more than $20. If the replacement product is cheaper, Vidmore.ai won't refund the price difference.
4. Vidmore.ai won't accept a refund request due to a price change or purchase during a promotion.
5. We won't accept a refund request if the customer changes their mind after purchasing the product.
Refund request due to registration information issues:
1. If you fail to register due to your incorrect operation, and the registration information has already been proven valid, we won't provide a refund.
2. If you encounter a technical problem with the purchased product and refuse to work with Vidmore.ai's support team to solve the issue using our provided solution, we won't approve your refund request.
Refund request due to product problem:
1. As mentioned on our website, you might not be able to convert protected files bought from iTunes or other sources. If you request a refund for that reason, we won't provide a refund.
2. If a customer purchases the product without reading the product description on our website or trying it first and then finds it doesn't meet their needs, we won't provide a refund if they request it.
3. If a customer purchases the wrong product that doesn't work with their computer's operating system (like a Mac user buying Windows software), we'll offer to exchange the product for the correct version if we have it available. If not, we are sorry that the refund can't be performed.
4. If a customer purchases the wrong product from our affiliate website or the purchased product doesn't meet their needs due to incorrect or unclear product information on the affiliate website, we won't provide a refund if they request it. The customer should contact the affiliate website where they made the purchase for assistance.
5. If customers encounter technical issues after a software update, but the order is past the 30-day guarantee period, we won't refund the order.
Refund request is made long after the purchase:
Vidmore.ai only offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your purchase is outside of this period, we cannot provide a refund.
FAQs of Refund
1. How long will it take for Vidmore.ai to process the refund application?
Vidmore.ai usually processes refund requests within 3-7 business days. However, the exact time depends on the payment method you used. It may also take longer than expected during holidays.
2. Why haven’t I received the refund after several days?
There are a few reasons why you might not have received your refund yet, even if we've issued it: Holidays or weekends could cause a delay. You might have requested a chargeback. If so, your bank or payment processor (like credit card company, PayPal, etc.) has frozen the funds. If you need a chargeback, please contact your bank or credit card company to resolve the issue.
